All consultations are conducted by Balnce practitioners who are AHPRA-registered doctors and have completed additional accredited training with Medihaunna Education, a leading medicinal cannabis education platform that supports clinicians to engage, learn and connect with industry experts.

Where treatment is prescribed, electronic prescriptions (eScripts) are securely transmitted to KarmaPharma, our online pharmacy portal, for medication ordering and fulfilment.

What happens after your consultation?

If your Balnce practitioner determines that treatment is appropriate, the following steps apply:

eScript securely issued
Your electronic prescription (eScript) is issued and securely transmitted to KarmaPharma, our online pharmacy portal.

Complete payment
Within 24 hours, you will receive a notification to complete payment for your eScript. Simply enter your details and finalise the payment securely online.

Review and dispatch
The online pharmacists at KarmaPharma review your eScript. Once confirmed, your order is processed and prepared for dispatch.

Medication delivered
Your medication is carefully packed by a licensed Australian pharmacy and delivered discreetly to your door.

Additional Documentation Services

Our practitioners can provide a range of external documents, available after your initial consultation.

Medical Certificate / Travel Letter – $49.00

For temporary medical leave or travel-related purposes.

Letter of Recommendation / GP Letter from – $59.00

For employers, legal authorities or specialist referrals. These documents are based on a clinical summary prepared by a qualified practitioner.

These services are only available after your Initial Consultation, as per TGA requirements.
